The Coaching Institute evolved from the personal evolution of its founder, Dr. Terri Levine (PhD in Organizational Behavior, MCC, PCC, MS, CCC-SLP). Like many others (like you, perhaps), Terri had left a successful executive career to become a personal coach--trading in the security of high salaries and equity for personal satisfaction. It was the best professional decision she ever made.
Success for Terri (she prefers to be called T) was quick. Much quicker than most of the other coaches she met. What T realized was that the struggles her colleagues had achieving the same success was not because they lacked strong coaching skills. The difference was that they didn't have the background to apply solid business principles to the growth and development of their coaching practices.
The Coaching Institute was grown from that realization.
Since then, the Coaching Institute has helped thousands of coaches around the world achieve both. The Coaching Institute trains and certifies coaches in the coaching skills needed to help clients grow in their personal and professional lives. And we train and certify coaches in the business skills needed to help them build successful coaching practices.
What We Offer

- Self learning packages--which combine multiple products--to achieve broader goals.
- Certificaiton programs, which combine self learning and one-on-one mentoring by a TCI certified coach.
